select group of top talents. This six-week program (April 20 – May 29, 2025) focuses on
developing key leadership competencies across seven specialized modules, including Lean

Sessions will run twice a week at our First Floor training venue. Full participation is expected,
with ongoing evaluation to support long-term leadership growth.

As part of this vision, we are proud to announce the launch of our Leadership Training Program – Cohort 1, conducted in collaboration with GE Training. This intensive six-week program, running from April 20 to May 29, 2025, is specifically designed to cultivate leadership capabilities among our top talent and support their professional growth. Twenty selected employees will participate in a carefully structured curriculum delivered over two training days per week (with an extended final week), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our dedicated training venue on the First Floor. Participants will engage in seven core modules, each targeting essential leadership competencies: Strategic Planning & Operations, Just Culture in Healthcare, Lean Process Improvement, Data-Driven Decision Making, Finance Fundamentals, Change Management, and Coaching & Mentoring. Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to nurturing high-potential individuals and preparing them to take on greater leadership roles within AAML.
