The retreat brought together 30 senior and mid-level leaders from across the organization for a transformative experience focused on strategic planning, leadership alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Facilitated by Presiding Solutions, the retreat was designed as a cornerstone for building the company’s strategy. Through a series of structured workshops, collaborative exercises, and immersive team-building activities, participants worked to define key objectives, assess organizational capabilities, and establish actionable priorities for the year ahead. “We believe that strategic clarity and leadership alignment are vital for sustainable success,” said CEO Nart Mamser during the opening address. “This retreat not only laid the foundation for our future direction but also reinforced the collaborative spirit that defines our organization.” 

The retreat also included hospitality arrangements for out-of-town attendees, curated team-building sessions facilitated by third-party experts, and a thoughtfully designed agenda that encouraged creativity, engagement, and purpose.
